The ethos of Triple P comes from founder & CEO, Jon’s, origin as the youngest of three triplets. His passion and work lie in helping people find, clarify, and achieve their career purpose.
Jon’s executive coaching work helps individuals and groups optimize their performance and enhance their mindset for better outcomes. His coaching clients include individuals at all levels of personal growth, from emerging leaders to C-suite and senior executives.
Jon’s background in senior leadership at multiple consulting firms, including Accenture, gives him the ability to guide organizations through a multitude of challenges by facilitating training sessions, workshops, and retreats. Jon’s superpower is his ability to listen deeply, which is fueled by his innate curiosity and passion for helping people, teams, and organizations exceed their goals.
